Those special memories you made with us Grandad Joe, means you live on every day, through us all, our amazing Fambam! Remembering you is easy, we do it everyday, mssing you is heartache, that never goes away. As we reach a year without you, I just hope you know, how much you are loved and missed since the day you had to go. We are all so very lucky and blessed to have had you in our lives xx
